Windows XP and my EpsonStylus CX3200

I tried to install this printer onto my PC and everytime
t tells me "new hardware found" so I use the wizard to
look for a USB MFP to no avail can this be accomplished.

I've even take the printer to a neighbors and hooked it
up to their computer running Windows ME and the darn
thing works!!!!

I've also contacterd Epson MANY TIMES as well as
Microsoft MANY TIMES as well as my computers manufacturer
and everyone seems to think this prnter can run on my
computer however, nobody knows how to get it to work!!!!

Please, is there anyone out there that can help me????

I have the same printer, my pc is a Compaq and I also have
dealt with the same issues. However, I am able to use it,
however, however, it is very intermittent. Sometimes it
runs, sometimes it won't. Then I started to notice when it
wasn't working the following were not running/started
in "Windows Task Manager" Processes, so I changed the
service properties in the Administration files/Services
for the following files and changed the settings to
Automatic Startup and clicked start, if it wasn't already
started.

Program Files\Common Files\EPSON\EBAPI\SAgent2.exe =
SAgent2.exe
Program Files\Common Files\EPSON\EBAPI\eEBSVC.exe =
eBSvc.exe
WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv.exe = Spooler

Your files may vary, but I noticed these particular files
have to be running in order for mine to print.

I have same printer running on a Sony Vaio and it's shared with two other
users on the network. Had the same problem at initial setup and got around
it this way:

Disconnect the printer
Load the drivers
Reboot
Plug up the printer and turn it on.

Then, and only then, go through the "Found new hardware" Wizard

Good luck
