I have so many new downloaded installed programs that
when I click "start" and then "all program"...the list or
programs is so many that they are hidden and
unaccessible...what can we do to get a full access to all
the programs?

Hi

Try this:

Right click on the Start Button, select Properties>Customise and then scroll
down to 'Use Personalise Menus' - uncheck it.

You can right click all programs, then
select open all users or open explorer.

WHile in that mode, make new folders and group
the programs of like kind together.

This will allow you to view smaller groups of programs.

You have a couple of options. Right cdlick the Start Button and select
Properties/Customize Button/Advanced Button. Scroll down the list of options
until you see the Scroll Programs item. Select this option. This show the
All Programs menu in one fly out menu that will scroll.

Second option (recommended) is to right click the Start Button and select
Explorer All Users. Open the Programs folder and create sub-folders for
different categories of shortcuts to suit your needs. Move the shortcuts
from the All Programs menu into these sub-folders. This will have the effect
of adding fly-out menus from the All Programs menu and will reduce the
amount of screen space needed to display the entire menu.

Reorganize the start menu: For instance, drop all folders and shortcuts for
Games into a Games folder.

Rename start menu items so that the columns are not as wide and more will
fit. Example: Microsoft Office Professional 2003 can be shortened to MS
Office.

Use the Scroll Menu option: Taskbar/Start Menu Properties. On the start
menu page, check the box to scroll programs.
