Windows XP address bar disappeared

How do I make the address bar reappear so I can type in
the http:// address that I want. I tried going to View
and seeing if the toolbar options of "address bar" was
checked. If I check it or uncheck it the address bar
still doesn't appear. What can I try next? I am new at
this and the HELP button only give my How to Hide the
address bar. not how to display the address bar in the
Index.
 
Reset the toolbar setting from Registry using this fix:
