Windows XP add/remove programs problem.

Got a question for all of you out there.. I have
something that I'm stumped on and hope some of you can
help. When a friend of mine tries to use the add/remove
function using WinXP he gets this:

"Object doesn't support this property or method",
followed by the following;

Res:llsp3res.dll/default.hta

Line:82

Anyone have any ideas?
