Generally, Dell OEM installation CDs are "BIOS- locked," meaning
that as long as the OS is being reinstalled on the same motherboard,
no activation is required.
To put your mind at rest, click Start > All Programs
Accessories
Run >
"C:\Windows\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /A."
It will probably tell you that WinXP has already been activated.
