What is so good about the new windows.

Does,nt even install on some old pc.

Plus 256min ram min alot .
 
I had the chance to try it on my existing configuration, back moved back to XP32 because of problems with software and driver compatibility.

I must admit though, it did run like lightning, even though there weren't too many apps to try it with!

Give it a bit of time and I will probably move back up to XP64.

Are you on about Vista ... well what is good about it is it ain't out yet. ;)

XP64bit is XPPro with 'bits' added. :D
 
XP64 bit isn't worth the hassle at the moment, the main problem is driver and software compatability if you wait maybe a year then more people will release 64bit drivers or you have to try and make them yourself
 
i wouldn't imagine most home users would bother with it. That Vista thing is around the corner and quite honestly at the moment the only people that would benefit are CAD designers etc
