ok here is the deal...i will be using my computer and then
i will restart it or shut it down...the next time that i
start it up i get a message that says windows could not
start because of missing or corrupt file system32\drivers\
and thats it. so i go into the recovery console and do a
chkdsk that doesn't work and i did wright zeros to the
hard drive and reformated it. and it worked for like a
week and then it starts to act up again. i can figure it
out help please!!

my hard drive is almost 3 years old...i did a hard drive
dianostics test and my power supply is 250 i think.
i have had windows xp installed for almost a year and no
problems now just all of the sudden problems
the files are there when i look for them but they must be
corrupt.
