windows wont start..help!!!

ok, i was installing a program on my system last night,
and it restarted on its own. and since then all i get is
the black screen with the mouse cursor on it. and i dont
even know what happen. it wouldn't even start in safe
mode, so now im really lost. i have a dual boot on my
computer, so i can access the files from my windows 2000
side, but i cant even run the command prompt in my xp
side...what happened???

if anyone answers this post. please send it to the email
posted, i dont know if i'll have internet access for much
longer...still cant access windows xp
