Windows Won't Reboot

Hi all,
When I press the reboot button, windows closes down and stops but the power
stays on, the only way I can turn it back on is to hold the power button and
turn it off and restart it which works about one out of three time.
Somethings wrong, how can I fix. Otherwise the computer runs fine.

if you leave it for 1 hour and try again does it boot ?

maybe its overheating. check the tempreture from the BIOS.
