windows won't load

Hi there,
I turn the computer on and after the latest 'update' it comes to the screen
requiring an Administrator password. I 'tab' through this and it starts to
load, then goes into 'logging off' mode and saves the settings and comes back
to the Admin password screen again.
I have changed nothing on the computer, except for the latest update.

Sounds like something got messed up unfortunately. Try booting into Safe
Mode and if that does not work try Last Known Good Configuration. The link
below explains how to do such.
