windows won't close

I am running ie6 on a tablet PC. I have a problem with
windows not closing when I either click the close box or
try to close the window via the file menu. This is an
intermittant problem. Sometimes it works sometimes it
doesn't. Any ideas?
 
When does this happen. What sites are you visiting when this occurs. Have
you installed any downloads from the internet lately?
