Chris Pirillo pointed out a funny little gramatical error, I just found it
out. Advanced Tools > System Explorer > Shell Execute Hooks [Window's Shell
Execute Hooks].

Huh, whats your issue with me Ronald? I didn't say anything about 19
trillion. Its not really funny, but its strange that it pronounces Windows
the OS with an Apostrophe since its a trademark product.
