Windows VM ( JAVA ) missing

I have had to reinstall my XP Pro. When I reinstalled I
found that my VM was missing. I have loaded all the
service patches and the SP1 that was supposed to install
the VM. I do a VLIST command and it still sais that I
have no VM installed. I have loaded a new SDK and JRE
from SUN adn neither installed a VM. I can not find
where to download the Windows VM. Can anyone tell me
where to download a VM for my XP or how to get it from
Microsoft?
