I have windows vista and I would like to send someone something but it tells
me it has to be http....Imap or pop3 which is it and how do I attach it to my
mail?

Have you established an email account with your ISP or elsewhere? Windows
Mail or IE cannot do this for you. Whoever you establish an account with
should have instructions.
