I have some questions about the new os version Vista. Will there be an
upgrade cd? If so, what are the system requirements? And also, what would be
the cost?

Not enough known about this product that is still in testing to answer your
questions. However, you may want to keep an eye on this site. Any news
about the new version of Windows will be posted here eventually:
