still need help

i still cannot work out my e-mail server pop-3 or smtp, i know some of you
have told me to look up my isp but im not sure if i have one? as i am using a
router to gain internet access off the families main pc, as you pro's know
once my main pc and router are switched off, i cant access any internet, i am
new at all this and i am about ready to throw my lap top out the window!!!
only jokin my lap top is a compaq presario and i am having fun with it apart
from the e-mail issue, my partner ended up spending 3hours trying to sort it
for me in the end she set me up on yahoo e-mail, but i still want my
microsoft e-mail set up

somewhere out there is a computer whizz kid heeeeeelllllllllllllppppppp

You have an ISP, someone you pay for internet access. Perhaps British
Telephone?
 
Your headers show an Internet connection via NTL.com.
That would be your ISP. Whoever owns and manages the router
you connect through probably has the ability to give you one of their
spare email addresses. If that's not feasible, you should be able
to get a free email address at http://gmail.com.
