I believe on that same web site, down at the bottom of the page, it does list software that will not work on Windows Vista RC1.

Nice list, though if I'm not mistaken did they actually list an illegal version of WinRAR on there? There's no such thing as WinRAR Corporate, If I'm not mistaken that is what people call the pirated version. Oops...
