Hi, I have previously installed my Vista RC1 and after having a lot of
problems with installing software and testing I was advised to re-install
from scratch and start again. After re-installing vista I get the message
that my product key has already been used and there is no contact infomation
(as on XP) to call someone.

I have searched everywhere and I can't find any contact numbers or email
support to get my product key unlocked or obtain a new one.

My company is relying on me to come up with a working Vista solution for our
video editing systems so we can start planning ahead and at present I have no
way of testing software. Currently my only solution is to take loads of time
off work faking a serious illness and get hold of a full copy of Vista in 10
days and hope no one cottons on to what has happened, not the best solution!

Can anyone tell me if they have been in the same situation and how I can get
this problem sorted out before I end up in the dole queue?

Thanks, Jon

Install without a product key. You will then have 30 days which will get
you thru the problem.

Hi,

Don't know, did you call the number in the link or the general support line?
My understanding is that support for CPP participants has to go through that
line, which is why it is for NA residents only.

He could then rearm Vista up to three times or a total of 120 days to see if there is a fix.
