Wow, Microsoft has really done a number this time... I have a new machine
with 2GB and a Duo processor, but I constantly get the message that I don't
have enough system resources and windows don't open and apps don't start, yet
I have lots of CPU and a gig of RAM available. So what limitations has Vista
put on how many windows I can have open - what are these resources? I have
15 brower tabs and 10 Outlook emails msgs, and a couple apps running. What
is the resource that it doesn't have enough of???

Thanks

Hello James,
Sounds like Desktop Heap depletion:
Try this article which points to registry changes to make for Desktop Heap
