Windows Vista Windows Vista photo gallery wont save

Hi,



I copied a lot of pictures the other day from a CD and when I try and make changes to them using Windows Vista Photo Gallery, I get a message saying that an error is preventing it from saving the changes to the picture, I had a look on the internet but did not find a solution so I was wondering if anyone else has had this error before?



Any advice welcome.

Nope, i tend to use Windows applications as little as possible.

Windows Media Player - VLC
Windows Photo Gallery - Nero Photosnap
Windows Firewall - Kapersky
Windows Media Centre - Itunes/Nero/VLC
Windows DVD Maker - Nero/ConvertX
IE7 - Firefox3

The only one i will use is Windows Movie Maker.
 
Ok thanks for the reply. It's really strange because none of the files are read only or protected in anyway so I would had thought it would had worked ok. However if I use the Photo Gallery on the Windows backgrounds it works fine?

Any ideas welcome.
