Windows Vista not completing SetUp

Have tried to install Vista Beta 2 32-bit(x86) DVD three times. Each time it
stops whilst Expanding Files at 21%. Upgrading XP SP2 on a Vista Compatible
PC ?
 
I am having the same problem, three different downloads, two different DVDs,
same problem. At 21% I get:
"An error occured whilre preparing Windows Setup to boot into the next stage
of Setup."

Any ideas????

Are you installing from XP, or directly booting from DVD?

oddly enough, I installed it fine on an old 80g drive, but it won't upgrade
from XP...
