Windows Vista Mail contacts problem

I have heard that update KB933928 causes the problem, in Windows Mail, that
you can't open the Contacts when creating a new message. Since "installing
updates" happens "automatically", how can I prevent this specific update
from installing? Every time it does, I have to go back to Control panel,
uninstall it, and restart, just to be able to create new messages. Has
there been a fix for this created by Microsoft?

I have 933928 and if I click To: in a new mail window it opens my contacts.
