Windows Vista home verson connecting to remote desktop

We have a small company - a number of our users connect to our computer using
terminal services and the remote desktop connection - the users that recently
bought computers with Windows Vista can't connect to our network - does
anyone know why?
 
We need more information to help. What's the error and can you telnet port 3389?

In addition to Bob's advice make sure the Vista Remote Desktop clients are
configured like this...
