windows vista home premium won't go to sleep automatically

it doesn't go to sleep automatically as it should after being idle for a long time, it never goes to sleep automatically. it goes to sleep fine when i put it manually to sleep? can anyone help? thanks a lot.

it appears that i have fixed the problem by disabling a startup on my computer, namely the logitechquickcamribbon thing, hope it doesn't **** up my computer though.
