Windows Vista help and support?

I've looked for a Vista group like this one but did not find one. The
m.p.w.vista group is practically dead. Can I get Vista help here, or

There are several microsoft.public.windows.vista... groups, and they
are far from dead. They are very active.

microsoft.public.windows.vista.general is *far* more active than this
one.

If you are having a problem with them, it's undoubtedly the news
server you are using. Try getting the Microsoft news groups directly
from the Microsoft news server, msnews.microsoft.com.

Then you are not accessing it via the MS news server. There are at LEAST 300
posts there just today.

OOPPSS!! My bad! The group I found was geRneral NOT general.
Refreshed my groups and general poped up. Thanks to all who
