The message won't send. I can't send any other messages. Is there something
I can do? It is stuck in the outgoing box and whenever I try to delete it,
it gives me that error code.

Can anyone help?

Hi, Snuggles.

First question: WHICH email program? Outlook xx? Windows Mail (the Vista
default)? Windows Live Mail (beta)?

Second question: Have you reviewed a few messages here and seen some of the
MANY that have complained about "stuck messages in the Outbox"? Your
situation might not be the same, because I haven't seen any other report of
error 0x0000000000.

Most likely, you can fix the problem by following the advice we've given so
many others here: Download and run WMUtil.exe, from Dr. Steve Cochran, MVP:

http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/

Follow the instructions exactly. If you have problems, please post back and
tell us, step by step, exactly what you did and what results you saw,
including - verbatim - any error message. "I've tried everything" or even
"every time I try to delete it" is not nearly detailed enough. HOW did you
try to delete it: from Windows Mail using the Delete key? Or from Windows
Explorer? Or in some other way?

You might want to download and run the Windows Live Mail beta. While it
still has "teething problems" like any beta version, the "stuck messages"
problem is not one of them. You can scan through the messages here and see
that many of us are using WLM and prefer it to WM. You can try it - without
deleting Windows Mail; see:
http://morethanmail.spaces.live.com/

Let us know how all this works out for you.
