I have windows vista home premium in my toshiba laptop, but no a vista dvd
disk. Only a partition - 1,64 GB (Healtthy-Eisa Configuration - what is
this?), a partition C: 184,84 GB Healthy-(System, Boot, Page File, Active,
Primary partition) and 2 cds Recovery and Applications/Drivers. Did I read
somewhere that a DVD could be burnt with only the OS? Someone could help me?
thanks in advance. Oder.

What you want is not a function of Windows Vista.
You need to check your manual and/or contact Toshiba.
There you will find information about burning a restore DVD and if
possible, methods of ordering the DVD.

That's not unusual.

Probably some hidden backup files places there by Toshiba.

Excellent.

and 2 cds Recovery and Applications/Drivers.

The CD marked "Recovery" should contain your copy of Windows,
branded to the Mobo/bios with no key required, so long as it is used
only with your laptop.

Sorry........
