Windows Vista Download Error

My Computer is a Pentium Mobile 1.86GHz with 1gb ram and 64mb graphics card
from ati mobility radeon x700.

I am having the error attempting to load a 64-bit application, however this
cpu is not compatible with 64-bit mode.

is my pc compatible for windows vista cuz i keep getting this message/

I'm not totally understanding you. Are you trying to load Windows Vista
64-bit on your system?
Is it possible you are using the wrong Vista image?

It sounds like you are trying to install the 64 bit OS version on a 32 bit
system.
