I posted this same question 2 weeks ago, responses didn't really answer my
question...Although, I did appreciate the help and thank you to all who
replied! I'm still trying to determine if I have the proper product? I have
one standard System Builder Pack for Vista Business 32 bit OEM sealed in it's
original box and I am trying to determine if I've got the 3pk(with 3 COA's
and 3 Product Keys), or just 1 copy of a 3pk(with 1 COA and 1 Product Key)?
Hopefully, this written description may give you a better picture of my
inquiry? I wish I knew how to post a picture here! Again, all responses are
appreciated.

P.S. I have contacted Microsoft Licensing and they were unable to help me
short of opening the package and physically inspecting the contents. I'm
trying to avoid this as I may need to return it...
Thanks!

What does the invoice state? Do you have "Microsoft Windows Vista 32-Bit Business for System Builders Single Pack CD - OEM" or
"Microsoft Windows Vista 32-Bit Business for System Builders 3 Pack DVD - OEM"?

The invoice only states "Windows Vista Business DVD 32 Bit" in the product
description. The label on the package states what I included in the Subject
box of this message, plus several barcodes. I guess what I'm really asking is
if Microsoft even ships a System Builder Pack containg 3 COA's and 3 Product
Keys in one System Builder Pack?
Thanks for your reply!

I am not sure what combinations are available for packaging.
Exactly what did you pay for and from whom?
It sounds like you got this possibly very cheap from a less than
reputable source since you are not even sure what you have.

What is the sellers description and who is the seller?
Your best answer should come from the seller since they should know
exactly what they are selling.

The one packs I have seen came in a large light brown soft pack envelope.
The three packs come in a box. I'm in Canada. Different countries may have
different packaging. The packaging has been know to change without notice as
well. The one pack has one shrink wrapped OEM package with the COA attached
inside. The three packs have three of these and the OPK disk inside.

Thank you all for your time and advice! I've considered all your suggestions
and at this time I'm continuing to try to contact the vendor and hope for a
reply.(It's been 6 weeks now, after repeated attempts...still nothing)

I would think the price you paid would also be a very good indicator of what
you have. How much did you pay?

Mike;
"It's been 6 weeks now, after repeated attempts...still nothing"
That suggests my suspicions of a less than ethical vendor are correct.

Can you post the identity of the vender and the price paid?

Off-topic from your post, apologies. I went to the site where you
purchased your product, and saw the list of "Best sellers", and didn't
see Vista listed. Curious, I checked other sites.... XP is almost always before
Vista in the best selling categories. Even at msn.com. XP products
are the top 4 out of 5. Only the last link has a Vista product
ahead of an XP OS.... even then, XP is all over the top 10.
Granted, Vista is doing well.... because it comes with new computers.
But, it is interesting that after all these years, XP Pro and XP Home
continue to sell so well.
