windows vista backup to disk

Please help. It's very urgent!

I purchased a laptop approx 3 months ago and just realised that I was never
given a windows vista installation CD. However, Windows Vista home premium is
already installed into my labtop. It has the genuine windows vista sticker
stuck on it, with other stickers eg core2duo-intel-centrino and etc.

Can someone PLEASE teach me how to make a windows vista rebootable CD/DVD?

I have my 25 digits code on my laptop too. Is there a way to make a backup
copy or the installation of windows vista CD?

Contact the manufacturer for info regarding your problem. They should be
able to supply you with recovery media OR advise on what provisions have
been made for you to recover your present installation..
