Windows Vista Automatic Shotdown!!!

When I am working on anything, about every two days I get a message that
reads: Windows will shut down in less than a minute (an it does.)

I don't knwo how to fix this... (I have never edited any system files, so I
don't see how this problem started...

Try looking at the Group Policy on the computer. GPEDIT.MSC. It controls a
lot of automatic funtions.

It is also possible some malware go on the computer.
 
I do, but it tells me when it's installing them - I only let it automatically
install them at 2AM, but the shutdown occurs at various times throughout the
day...
