Thank You Jim...for responding...anyway...it may just an issue with my
laptop...software configuration...one of my programs and messenger aren't
agreeing to communicate.....who knows...i wish i could have gotten an error
message ... this would have helped!!!

It seems there where serious troubles with the messenger server this week.

So could also be a server problem.

Yes but this time it was a server problem, admitted also.
