Hi,
This morning I get the message: Your Windows license will expire in 2 days
and Windows will stop working.
Backup data files from this computer or update your Windows license.

<hyperlink to update windows license>

The hyperlink does not worke, looked at the forums what to do, used
msn-search etc. How can I update my license ??

Thanks,
Jeroen

There should be an option to change your product key - go to where you
originally downloaded Vista from (either Connect or MSDN - if you're TechNet
then you'll have to reinstall the lot as you only get one key), and generate
a new key from the website then enter that in.

Also, just to be sure... which build of Vista are you running, and have you
already tried to activate Windows?

Thanks, found it.
It says: under activation: activated
Hmm do I need to reinstall Vista or just enter a new MSDN product key;
Currently running Build 5231.winmain_idx03.051004-2120

Thanks for the tip;
Man, I hate to reinstall visual studio 2005 again but if you say performance
is better ;)
