If you don't know, you're very likely running 32-bit. 64-bit requires
special hardware. To the best of my knowledge, 128-bit does not exist (I
think you're confusing the operating system with the encryption capability).
Windows 2000 server is 32-bit. The 64 bit edition is "Windows Advanced
Server Limited Edition" and the hardware/OS cost a lot of money, much more
than a regular computer system.
As Keith pointed out, there is no 128 bit edition of Windows 2000, so it
would be quite difficult to have it
