windows users access security

Is it possible and how can i have an access db which is
going to use for security the main windows login names
and passwords?

You can set up Access security using the same UserNames as for
Windows/Networking, but you cannot pick up the passwords. This would
require that your program be able to read the users Windows password. This
would make it pretty useless as a password if "any old program" could get
at it.
