Windows Updates

From time to time I restore my system using TrueImage. However when this
happens any updates I've installed are no longer there. When I go to the
windows update site it shows that these updates have already been downloaded.
How can I download them again? Thanks.

At the Windows Update page, click on Use Administrator Options. Select
Windows Updaate Catalog and select the applicable OS and SP level.

Thanks and this is strange. I followed your advise but the updates my
history shows I downloaded on May 27th didn't even show up when I used the
Windows Update Catalogue.....??
