Windows Updates

I registered for notification of Windows updates. Instead
all I get is email viruses. I want to get unregister for
this option. Is there an easy way to do this. I don't
need the email notice sent to me with a virus. I would
like to be removed. If anyone can help me with this that
would be very helpfull. You can send the response to the
email account.
 
Sorry James, it's part of the virus. It has attached that email header to the
email as part of its spoof. The only thing you can do is filter out the email
address that is sending you the virus, use spam settings or change your email
address.
