Norm

Can't get windows update to come up. Did I delete something or shut off
something. How

do I get it back. When I click on update it says, ( Cannot display page,
because the server it

resides on does not respond. I know it does because my wifes (windows update
works). We

are on the same broadband setup. Please help. And yes I have an
authorized product key.

Hi Norm

Try clearing your temporary internet files before trying again. In internet explorer Tools>Internet Options>Delete files
