windows update

when i go to windowsupdate.com everything goes ok until
the web page dialog for download and install appears then
nothing happens i have waited for 30 mins the other day
with no joy any ideas

yes i have scanned for updates picked my updates

reviewed and clicked the install button some times the
web page dialog appears and just sits there doing nothing
other times nothing happens at all
