Windows Update...

After 'allowing' the automatic update of Windows, I now get the following
error when trying to open outlook express: OUTLOOK EXPRESS COULD NOT BE
STARTED BECAUSE MSOE.DLL COULD NOT BE LOADED.
Also, when I type in a website, explorer freezes and I get "Program Not
Responding".
Does somebody out there have a fix for this?
