Can't do updates from the Windows Update Web site would
not allow update version to install.

for Windows 2000 - the update was for the ESS Drivers for
Modem - when it finished d/l an installed or could have
been earlier I hear a Whooping noise an this message is
then showed on my Screen an it jus goes on an on
constantly - XML document must have a top level element -
line 0
