Windows Update: repeated problem

Hello,

everytime I go to windows update site, I keep seeing the
following update(s):

Microsoft .NET Framework Service Pack 2, English Version

and

Update Rollup 1 for Microsoft Windows XP (KB826939)

I dont know if this is installing properly or not. Why is
it always appearing??
