Windows Update in Computer Settings?

We have two GPOs that are being applied but I've noticed
an inconsistancy between the options available for each.
In our main GPO for all our users there is an option under
Computer Configuration, Administative Templates, Windows
Components, WINDOWS UPDATES. When I check in the default
GPO or our other one this Windows Updates folder does not
exist! There is one under User Configuration but it
contains different options. Where did this folder come
from and why doesn't it show up in any other GPOs? It's
not even in the new ones I create?

Any Help Would be appreciated.

This is normal, I think at least for SUS users it should be. See
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=328010 for more info on the windows
update settings for SUS.

The reason it's only listed under the computer config section is that it
can only be applied to workstations and not to users.
