Windows Update For A LAN

I have a network of 50 Win2k and XP Pro plus 7 win2k
servers running in a ActiveDirectory. Can someone provide
the link which will instruct me how to provide updates for
workstations so I don't need to go to ea WS. I've been
told MS has an application which allow the network
admininstrator to "push out" selected updates. Thanks

Yes, Software Update Services was designed just for that and is free. You
need to run it on a server where IIS is running or can be set up. Be sure to
back up your IIS settings if you are going to install on a server already
running Web Services as it does run the IIS lockdown tool as part of the
