Windows Update Error number 0x80244019

I am currently running WinXP SP2 on a P4 2.2ghz desktop
with 512 of memory and a 40GB HD. Using Ie6 XP_SP2, I
try to run windows update. After the scan for available
updates feature completes I receive the error " Windows
Update has encountered an error and cannot display the
requested page. You may find the following resources
helpful in resolving the problem: error numner
0x80244019".

I have researched the knowledge base.

Any ideas?

Try going to Start/Control Panel/Administrative

Tools/Services and check to make sure that the Automatic
Updates is set to Automatic and is started.

I have checked and re checked the services. Automatic
Update Service is set to automatic and it started.

I have followed all of the troubleshooting suggetsions
from the Windows Update Site?

Any other tricks?
