When trying to run windows update I get a message saying i
am not allowing active X. It then tells me I must be an
administrator to run the update.
As far as i can see i have enabled all active X controls
to run and have set the permissions in regedit for
everyone as recommended at the bottom of the error but
still get the same message.

Please help
