Windows Update #823559

I have downloaded and installed this update at least four
times, and it keeps popping up as a critical update for my
computer.

I am using Windows 98,2nd,Explorer 6, with the latest
patch.

annexcafe.general.user2user or Windows operating system newsgroup.
