Windows Time off by 4 hours

I know what your thinking but let me splain what I did.

Followed KB 816042 "Authoritative time servers"
Fire wall is allowing traffic through port 123 udp

Domain's new time is 4 hours ahead /shrug. I have checked the time zones on
all DC's not just the PDC e and all are on pacific GMT-8.

Please help

So is the PDC Emulator right or wrong?

Time zone right or wrong?

(I take it that ALL machines are in Pacific time?)


Can you prove that the PDC emulator is updating
from a master clock?

Change the timezone on your PDC Emulator and then change it back.
