Windows time - no sync

When trying to set up the auto time sync to any of the
listed servers, I receive an error message. Are the any
fixes to this problem. I did notice where NIST changed its
server routing for NET time.
Time-nw and time are no longer responding to time requests.
I am thinking of trying a program from them (NIST) and
seeing if that works. This is a new install which has Nero9
and AVAST AV on it.
Is there anything else I can do in this situation?

No time data is available from server chain - yikes!

Hope they get this fixed soon.
