is there a way i can erase windows tempo folder?? I does not have
administrator privileges, im just an user, not an administrator

Unless you know exactly what that will do to your computer I would strongly
advise against it. If you go to Start and then run and type temp and hit OK.
That will show will show you the contents of the temp folder. I believe
there are two files in there that are necessary for windows to run.

There are never any files in the Temp folder that are necessary for
Windows to run. Unless an install is in process, any files in the Temp
folder may be deleted. However, there are likely a few that cannot be
deleted because they're in use. While it's safe to empty the Temp folder,
it's not a good idea to erase the folder itself. If you do that, some
programs may not work correctly.

All this presumes the the original poster really meant the Windows Temp
folder and not the Temporary Internet Files folder, which would
actually have been on topic in this group. Anything in the TIF is safe to
delete at any time, but the preferred way to do that is through INternat
Options.

Which temp folder are you trying to access? If it's \WINNT\Temp, then no,
you probably can't touch it unless you're an administrator. It should
normally be empty except when an install is in process. If what you're
after is the temp folder under your username in Documents and Settings,
you can freely delete anything you find there so long as the file is not
busy.
